Payment

BrugteGolfkøller accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard.

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of amount

When using a payment card, debit as well as credit, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. When the order has been dispatched, the money is withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Debit card authorization

With a debit card, you will be able to see that the money has been reserved on your account and that your available amount will appear here as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.

Credit card authorization

The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws the payment for your order

All amounts on the website include VAT.

We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by others from outside.

Return conditions

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation.

In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We are not liable for lost or damaged goods during the return shipment, as this is out of our hands.

Please note that the shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase to have the item shipped will not be refunded.
When returning an item, you will therefore only receive a refund for the amount of the item itself.

The condition of the item when you send it back
In order to be able to return an item, the item MUST appear in the same condition as it did when you received the item.


Exchange
When exchanging, you must make a new order and send the old one back.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Complaint

A 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The right of complaint does not cover faults or defects in the product which have arisen due to incorrect use, lack of or incorrect maintenance and/or storage, or normal wear and tear. It is up to us to judge whether the item has been handled incorrectly.

You must advertise within 2 months, otherwise the right to have errors and deficiencies remedied expires. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, if necessary. crediting. Refund


We have a processing time of up to 7 working days from the time we receive your return package until it has been processed by us. When the return has been processed, you will receive an email stating that a refund has been made. The refund will be in your bank account within 4 banking days.

Access to complaints

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .

Goods are returned ONLY to this address. If you send a product return to a parcel shop, it will not be picked up and the return will therefore not be accepted.
Returns can also be made by refusing to receive the package. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, a copy of any prior correspondence etc.
