The Titleist AP1 718 sits in between the AP2 and AP3 models. It doesn't quite deliver the same length and forgiveness as the AP3, but it does offer more of both than the AP2. What all three iron sets have in common is their impressive combination of forgiveness and feel at impact. This is due in part to the strategically placed tungsten weights in the toe of the clubhead and the high-quality material they are made from.
